Tod Dillon is EOS USA’s Chief Executive Officer and has nearly 30 years of financial services industry experience. Prior to assuming leadership of EOS USA, Tod served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer and has been with the company since 2010. Before joining EOS USA, Tod held various financial and operational management positions at Fidelity Investments, American Management Systems, and Chubb. He received his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in Economics and Government from Bowdoin College and his master’s degree in Business Administration from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
Candice O’Brien is responsible for the overall operations of all EOS USA lines of business and their subsidiaries which serve a variety of target markets including healthcare, utilities, communications, higher education, financial services and government. Her more than 25 years of industry experience has equipped her with an extensive knowledge of the consumer and commercial segments in EOS’ target markets. Before assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer for EOS USA, Candice previously held the position of Senior Vice President and head of US Asset Management (an EOS company). She is an industry expert in analytics, quality assurance, and strategy development. Candice holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is certified through the Risk Management Association (RMA). In addition, she currently sits on the board of NECA, a local division of the ACA.
Gary Fine is responsible for the development and execution of all new business strategies and leading the Sales and Marketing Teams for EOS USA and its subsidiaries. He also leads the Client Engagement Team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Gary brings 35 years of experience managing complex client relationships, building and guiding national sales organizations, and delivering strong, sustainable strategies for revenue growth in both emerging and mature business verticals. Prior to joining EOS, Gary served as the Executive Vice President of Business Development for The CSS Companies and held sales leadership roles at Kraft Foods over 27 years. Gary received his degree from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts and graduated magna cum laude.
George is responsible for leading EOS USA’s forecasting and budgeting, financial analysis, accounting, and processing efforts. Prior to joining EOS USA, he held the position of Corporate Controller at Omniguide. At Omniguide, he was responsible for identifying and implementing operational efficiencies, driving operational metrics, and risk reduction. Before Omniguide, George was a senior corporate accountant and divisional controller with Trimark, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and improving accounting procedures. George received his B.A., in accounting and finance from the Academy of Business, Bucharest, Romania and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. George is fluent in seven languages including English, Italian, French, German, Greek, Romanian, and Spanish.
Rick Gilbertson is responsible for EOS USA's computer, network, telecom, software systems infrastructure, strategic planning, implementation, support, and regulatory compliance programs for security including PCI, FISMA and ISO. For the past 20 years Rick held key leadership roles in IT including Vice President of IT and Security at Karen Clark and Co., Vice President and Chief Security Officer at Shaw’s Supermarkets Inc., and Senior Director IT Operations at Staples. Rick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Administration from Northeastern University and his master’s degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University.
Karen Player is a senior human resources leader with global expertise managing people and leading organizational change. She is recognized for building trusted management relationships that address the critical human resources needs of the business. Karen is responsible for creating, implementing and managing innovative programs to enhance EOS USA's corporate culture, improve employee performance and support change within the organization. She previously served in senior human resources management roles for global companies in the manufacturing and technology industries including Rocket Software and Zoom Technologies. Karen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College.
